Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

The short version: this site does not collect any personal information. Your progress is saved locally on your own device and never leaves it.

Who runs this site

Couch to 5K: Org Design is run by Megan Heddon through EnHRgy, based in the United States. Questions? Email meganheddon@gmail.com.

What we collect

Nothing. This site does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically:

Your program progress

As you complete days in the program, your progress is saved using localStorage — a feature built into your own browser. This data lives entirely on your device. We have no access to it and it is never transmitted anywhere. Clearing your browser's local storage will reset your progress.

The calendar download

When you click "Add 30 days to my calendar," a calendar file (.ics) is generated entirely within your browser using the start date you entered. The file is downloaded directly to your device. No information is sent to us or any server in this process.

Third-party links

This site contains a link to subscribe to Design Layer on Substack. If you choose to subscribe, you'll be interacting with Substack's platform directly and their privacy policy applies. We are not involved in that data collection.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 — and as described above, we don't collect information from anyone at all.

Changes to this policy

If anything about this site changes in a way that affects privacy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
